Remarks and tips :
- The language pack is installed as a component, module or plugin => extensions / install / uninstall
- Attention if any of the menus in the DEMO "details of" no selected item, it does not return a blank page but with a 404, make sure there is a selected item.
- This component seems to be possible complete, highly recommended for a site for events.
