[COM] docman is a records manager and a download system for Joomla!. With this component, your users can easily send and manage files divided into categories and create download links in your site Joomla! French files translation are included in the installation.

Remarks and tips:
Apparently the activation of the plugins have a problem with any shipment, whether in the back end as in the front end.
This component looks very interesting and useful, however they appear to have a coding error, it would be desirable to return to the code to address them.
